Cancellation
Please note that once you have booked a transfer with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your transfer less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a full charge of the service. This includes transfers where our service provider is turned away or the client is unavailable.
Refund Policy
Please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to the transfer date/time to avoid a full charge of the service. Refunds are subject to a charge of credit card admin fees.

Waiting Time
Swiss Sports Travel offers a complimentary 1-hour waiting time at the airport and 30 minutes for all other departure points. The waiting time starts from the time confirmed at the booking confirmation. After the free waiting period expires, we’ll charge a waiting fee of Thirty Swiss Francs (CHF 30).
Flight Delay or Cancellation
We’ll extend the free waiting time at no cost if your flight is delayed up to 1-hour. If your flight is cancelled or rescheduled to more than 1 hour after the time confirmed at the booking confirmation, Swiss Sports Travel reserves the right to recover full payment. We’ll do our best to reschedule your transfer for a fee of Thirty Swiss Francs (CHF 30).
